Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. CounterHR is not a law firm. We help you understand your agreement and prepare a negotiation. If something looks serious, like discrimination or retaliation, we'll tell you it's time to talk to an employment lawyer.
Won't negotiating get my offer pulled?
A polite, specific counter is normal and expected. Companies rarely withdraw an offer for asking. Your report shows how to ask without burning bridges.
I already signed. Is it too late?
Maybe not. If you're 40+, you may still be inside the 7-day window to revoke. Either way, you may still be owed vacation pay or unemployment benefits. Tell us and we'll check.
Will my company know I used this?
No. We never contact your employer. The email to HR comes from you, in your words.
Why is it free?
We're in beta and want honest feedback. The first 100 reviews are free. After that it'll be $69.
